Book launch for Jerry West: The Alchemy of Memory published by the Museum of New Mexico Press. Following an introduction by Joseph Traugot, West and essayist MaLin Wilson-Powell will engage in a conversation about his work.
Jerry West is an accomplished artist with a strong personal connection to the west, to New Mexico and to Santa Fe in particular. Jerry West’s imaginative vision and personal biography resonate through the artworks offering the viewer a harsh and dreamy view of this complicated place he calls home.
