Spanish Colonial Days: A Day in the Life Experience Life in 1700s Santa Fe

Colonial Day gives children a chance to step into the past and experience 18th century life in New Mexico. There are colonial clothes to wear and tasks to complete in a recreated village based on historical records of Santa Fe in the 1700s. With the help of local artisans in period dress, families watch, learn and participate, living for a moment and learning about the hardships and fulfillments of life in colonial New Mexico.
