When: The event begins with a reception at 6 p.m. on May 13, followed by a reading at 7 p.m. and a book-signing at 8 p.m. The May 14 workshop will run from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm on May 14.

Where: The reception will take place in the lobby of the Roy E. Disney Center for Performing Arts at NHCC, with the reading and book-signing taking place in NHCC’s Bank of America Theatre. The Gritos workshop will take place in the Domenici Education Building.

Why: The Escribir | Escuchar: Hispanic & Latine Writer Series highlights Hispanic and Latine authors and poets with a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and styles. The series is generously supported by AARP.
