Summer Salon with Lauren Mantecon

This program provides an opportunity for museum visitors to explore the work on view by sketching in the galleries. A practicing artist will be present to offer insights and suggestions on observational drawing techniques to participants who would like a bit more guidance.

Summer Salon  provides an avenue for engagement with the exhibitions through hands-on practices. Participants can increase their understanding of works on view through observation, analysis, and other skills inherent to sketching.
