    Afghan woman wake each morning surrounded by boundaried-- walled compounds, voluminous burqas, and rules dictated by their menfolk.  Embroidered boundaries also enclose their exquisite khamak handwork.  The 200 women of the Kandahar Treasure workshops bravely leave their homes to revive a textile tradition and earn income that is changing their lives.
