The 20th Annual Cowboy Days festival at the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum in Las Cruces is March 2-3 and pays tribute to the state’s ranching traditions and heritage. There will be chuck wagon cooking, cowboy demonstrations, children’s crafts, vendors, cowboy mounted shooting, sheep-to-shawl program, horseshoeing, stagecoach and pony rides, the CASI Chili Cook-Off, living history characters and much more.
