Beading Demonstration #1 with Nina Sanders (Crow)

Join us for a final view of “Stepping Out: 10,000 Years of Walking the West” and a beading demonstration by the talented Nina Sanders (Crow). Having worked at the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian, the School for Advanced Research, and soon – as a curator at Chicago’s Field Museum, where she’ll work on decolonization and reinterpretation efforts for exhibits with Native American themes – Sanders is as popular an artist as she is an academic. She assisted curator Maxine McBrinn with the Stepping Out exhibition. 

As this is the first Sunday of the month, admission is free for all New Mexico residents!
