Join acclaimed artists for a behind the scenes glimpse into today’s competitive art marketplace. Exchange stories with this panel of Native American, Hispanic and International artists and their apprentices about the challenges and opportunities they face in the 21st century. This program is presented in conjunction with the exhibition, Under Pressure: Choices Folk Artists Make in Today’s Global Marketplace

By musuem admission, Sundays free for New Mexico residents with I.D.; youth 17 and under and Museum of New Mexico Foundation Members always admitted free.

Under Pressure is made possible in part through generous funding from Mark Naylor and Dale Gunn, an Art Works grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, the International Folk Art Foundation, McCune Charitable Foundation and the Musuem of New Mexico Foundation’s Director’s Leadership Fund and Exhibitions Development Fund.
