
Title: Escavada BW duck pot
This duck-shaped pot is a great example of the duck-shaped pots that were made in the Southwest as early as 1,300 years ago. This vessel, which is called Escavada Black-on-White and comes from western New Mexico, dates between 950 and 1150 A.D.
