Title: Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway map
Toward the end of the 19th century, maps were increasingly used to advertise the economic and cultural advantages and benefits of settling in New Mexico. To attract settlers, the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway produced this map promoting New Mexico.
