2017 Admission Passes to Museums & Historic Sites Offered to Responding Media
For Immediate Release: March 3, 2017 (Santa Fe, NM) – The New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) is pleased to offer responding media representatives free admission passes to state-run museums and historic sites once again in 2017.
DCA offers these Media Passes to encourage media visits and news coverage to promote exhibitions, collections, and events at New Mexico’s eight state run museums and seven historic sites.=
The 2017 Media Pass provides entry to: New Mexico History Museum/Palace of Governors, New Mexico Museum of Art, Museum of Indian Arts and Culture and Museum of International Folk Art in Santa Fe; New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science and the National Hispanic Cultural Center museum in Albuquerque; the New Mexico Museum of Space History in Alamogordo; New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum in Las Cruces; Coronado Historic Site in Bernalillo, Jemez Historic Site in Jemez Springs; Lincoln Historic Site in Lincoln; El Camino Real Historic site off I-25 south of Socorro; Fort Selden Historic Site north of Las Cruces; Bosque Redondo Historic Site near Fort Sumner; and the Fort Stanton Historic Site.
Media organizations and media representatives interested in obtaining a 2017 Media Pass from DCA should respond to this email and provide: pass requester’s name, name of media outlet, physical mailing address, and email address for each pass requested.
